By accessing Ghost Network and its services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Services

Ghost Network provides access to a product directory, user accounts, and notification services. Individual products (e.g., Beekeeper) may have their own terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Submit false or misleading information

5. External Links

Ghost Network may display user-provided external links, including website URLs and channel links submitted as part of user profiles. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party websites, content, or services.

6. Profile Information

Users are responsible for ensuring that profile information, external links, and payment details are accurate, lawful, and up to date.

7. Payment Processing

Payment processing and creator payouts are handled by third-party providers (such as Stripe). Ghost Network does not hold user funds and is not responsible for actions, delays, or decisions taken by payment processors.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ghost Network and Risan Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Norwegian courts.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
